InkMail is free to install. This policy covers the one-time InkMail Pro license you buy on this site through Stripe.
14-day money-back guarantee
If InkMail Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll give your money back — no need to explain why. The refund goes to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request one
Email support at rovo.it from the address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt / order reference. That’s all we need to find your order.
What happens to your key
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and stops unlocking Pro features. The free core client — unlimited accounts, real IMAP/SMTP, and the free themes — keeps working as before.
After 14 days
Past the 14-day window we don’t offer refunds as a rule, since the license never expires and you’ve had time to try it. If something is genuinely broken, get in touch anyway — we’d rather fix it or make it right than leave you stuck.
Free app & the Microsoft Store
The app itself costs nothing to download, so there’s nothing to refund there. This policy applies only to Pro licenses purchased on this website. If you ever buy through a different storefront, that store’s own refund terms apply to that purchase.
